Will I always have the same cleaning team?

We do everything we can to keep the same team in your home. In about 90% of cases, you will see the same familiar faces visit after visit.

How many people will clean my home?

We always work in teams of two professionals.

Are you insured?

Yes. Real Shine Cleaning is insured.

Can I keep the same day and time?

Yes. In most cases we can set a fixed, recurring schedule for your cleanings.

How does the first cleaning work?

After seeing your home, we give you two prices: one for the initial cleaning and one for your regular scheduled cleanings. The first visit brings your home up to speed, like a spring cleaning, so every regular cleaning after that goes smoothly. Because we work in teams and use efficient methods, we won’t be in your home all day.

Do I need to provide cleaning equipment or products?

We bring vacuums and equipment. We ask you to provide the cleaning products, since only you know what is best for your home: special surfaces, environmental concerns, allergies or sensitivities.

What if I’m not satisfied with my cleaning?

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If something does not meet your approval, let us know within 24 hours and we will correct it at no additional cost.

How will the cleaners get into my house?

Most clients give us a key or a garage code, but other methods can be agreed upon. Keys are marked only with a code number, never your name or address, and kept locked in a safe when not in use.

Can I reschedule my cleaning?

Yes. You can cancel or reschedule at any time with at least 24 hours notice. Weekly and every-two-weeks clients can skip one cleaning, as long as we service the next regular date.

Do you offer a referral discount?

Yes. Each time you refer a new weekly or every-two-weeks client, you receive a $25 credit toward your next cleaning, applied after your friend’s first cleaning.
